Proenza Schouler offers complimentary returns on all full-price orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.
Attach Label
Affix the pre-paid UPS return shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery markings are covered.
Drop Off
Deliver your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location or schedule a pickup; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
